These terms govern your use of kyaloon.com. By using the site — and in particular by signing in — you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy. They exist to state plainly what Kyaloon is, what its scores are and are not, and what each of us can expect from the other.
Kyaloon publishes evaluations of dietary supplements sold in India. Scores and evaluations are informational only. They are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice, and they are not a diagnosis, prescription, or guarantee of any product’s safety or efficacy. Always consult a qualified professional before making health decisions, and read the product’s own label before use.
Every evaluation on Kyaloon is generated by an AI system. Evaluations are grounded in peer-reviewed literature and public product data, and each carries the date it was produced — but they may contain errors, and they reflect the information available at the time of evaluation, which may not match current product formulations. How the system works, what it can and cannot verify, and what the confidence labels mean are described on the Methodology page.
Kyaloon earns a commission when you buy a product through the Buy links on the site (including through the Amazon Associates programme). This is our only revenue source. Commissions do not influence scores: evaluations are generated independently by the AI system before any commercial consideration, and the safeguards that keep the two separate are published on the Methodology page.
Product information on Kyaloon — labels, prices, availability, claims — is sourced from public listings and brand disclosures. It may be inaccurate or outdated. Brands and users can flag factual errors or request corrections through the process on the Grievance Officer page.
Scores are not static. We may re-evaluate a product when its formulation changes, when new evidence emerges, or when a brand submits documentation for review. Every score displays the date of its most recent evaluation, and corrected scores are published with their reasoning. Brands wishing to submit documentation (certificates of analysis, third-party test results, GMP records) should use the grievance process.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Kyaloon, its operators, and its contributors are not liable for any loss or harm arising from decisions made in reliance on scores, evaluations, or any other content on the platform, or from product purchases made through affiliate links. The platform is provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. Before initiating any proceeding, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith for 30 days, starting with a written complaint to support@kyaloon.com.
Our designated Grievance Officer, their contact details, and the complaint process (acknowledgement within 24 hours, resolution within 15 days) are published on the Grievance Officer page, as required under the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
When these terms change materially, we update the effective date at the top and surface a notice on the site. Continued use of Kyaloon after a change means you accept the updated terms. The current version always lives at kyaloon.com/terms.
